Alba Walker

Alba was born in Guanajuato, raised in La Paz Baja California Sur. She graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de La Paz with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration in 1998. She has also received special training from Central Japan Industries Association (CHUSANREN) and "Jica" organization in Japan and various training courses in Mexico City. She provides walk-through assistance for clients and customers on the process of obtaining residence visa, working visa, Fideicomisos, Mexican corporations, etc. She is well informed in all transactions of Real Estate purchases in Mexico including Homes, Ejido and Land. She speaks both Spanish and English fluently and is a certified translator by the Superior Tribunal of Justice.

Margarita Perez

Magui was born in Guanajuato, Mexico. She came to live here in La Paz many years ago with her family. She graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Baja California Sur in 2000, where she studied International Business. She’s been studying English too, and keeps learning. Before joining The Paper Chase she worked for government institutions and in the banking sector for some years, until she decided to look for new opportunities. Magui is now a proud member of The Paper Chase’s team and her roll is to assist Alba in every process of obtaining residence visas, working visas, Fideicomisos, Mexican corporations, etc. Currently her goals are to become fluent in English and obtain the experience and knowledge needed to offer excellent services for clients.

Gabriel Briceño

Gabriel was born in Guanajuato Estate in 1974, and has lived in La Paz since 1980. He studied electro mechanic engineering in the Instituto Tecnologico de La Paz for four years. He worked in this field for many years as member of Areocalifornia’s staff where he became a leader of the company’s union labor, realizing he enjoyed helping people he decided to enroll at the Universidad Autonoma de BCS to study Law, getting his bachelor degree in 2004. He has been self employed since then. His job for our team is providing legal assistance in every transaction or process carried out by Paper Chase.

Isaac Cortés

Isaac was born in Mexico City. He studied computer engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de La Paz and Universidad Autonoma de BCS. Since 2000 he has been working for Oz Virtual and UniVisit.com in La Paz, Baja California Sur as a web site designer. Isaac has wide experience with the use of Adobe Software as Flash, Dreamwaver, Fireworks Photoshop and many other designing professional tools. He has the knowledge and the experience to help the customers improve their websites or design the site that best fits their businesses needs. Currently he is managing the AMHM website (Mexican Asociation of Hotels and Motels).
